Tota Ji is an AI-powered entertainment and prediction application. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate humorous and speculative predictions based on user-provided situations.

They are AI-generated responses and should NOT be considered as professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any predictions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• One account per user. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

• New users receive 2 free credits upon sign-up.
• Each prediction query consumes 1 credit.
• Additional credits can be purchased through the app.

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. By making a purchase, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4.4 Credit Validity

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use predictions for making real financial, medical, or legal decisions

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and code, is owned by Tota Ji and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

AI-generated predictions are provided as-is. You may share predictions for personal entertainment but may not commercially reproduce them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
